Mark Oliver

Mark Oliver serves as the Executive Vice President of the Wills Group’s Talent and People Operations department. In this role, Mark is responsible for leading the workforce strategy, which includes talent management, employee experience, change management, learning, professional development, and performance management.

Mark came to the Wills Group with substantive workforce and talent management experience, as well as significant retail industry experience from his prior HR leadership roles with Circuit City Stores, Total Wine & More, and Modell’s Sporting Goods.

An active member of the National Retail Federation (NRF), Mark is also a member of the NRF Talent Acquisition Group, composed of senior talent acquisition executives across the retail landscape. He has also been a key contributor to the NRF’s Employment Law and Benefits committee sessions.

Mark earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Florida Southern College and his master’s degree in industrial psychology from Radford University. Mark and his wife live in La Plata, Maryland.
