Mr. Pearce was elected to The Wills Group Board of Directors in 2017. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Fabric Branding, a brand consultancy that’s mission is to redefine how brands can be powerful assets for business success in the digital age. He has worked for over 20 years in brand strategy and implementation, working with blue chip clients in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Mr. Pearce’s previous clients include Intel Corporation, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, The Weather Channel, AT&T, Verizon, and FTI Consulting. Along with the Fabric Branding team, Mr. Pearce oversaw the development and implementation of the new Wills Group corporate brand strategy and visual identity. Mr. Pearce is originally from the United Kingdom. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (with Honors) from the University of Bristol, and a Postgraduate Degree from Cambridge University in Design, Manufacturing and Management.
