Are you a college junior, senior, or a recent graduate? Do you possess a customer-focused mindset? If you answered “yes” to both of these questions, the Wills Group Rising Talent Internship – Summer 2023 may be the perfect fit!

This is an exciting opportunity to get real-world business experience across a variety of departments, including accounting, marketing, fuels operations, retail operations (Splash In), I&T, corporate communications, and construction. Read on to find out more about our company and our internship program.

Why You Should Apply for the Rising Talent Internship

Rising Talent Internship – Summer 2023 is a unique program where you’ll get a chance to experience a dual-learning environment by working in both the corporate office and out in the field.

This is your opportunity to set goals and meet customer expectations while contributing to a Great Place to Work Certified™ (GPTW) company. The skills you’ll develop during our program will set you up for success throughout your career, no matter where your professional journey takes you.

During this 10-week program, you’ll experience various aspects of convenience retailing, fuels marketing, and commercial real estate. You’ll learn the ins and outs of running our Dash In and Splash In retail locations, including the intricacies of marketing our SMO Motor Fuels.

Along with competitive compensation, another big advantage of the Risking Talent Internship is  the option of hybrid work. From Tuesday to Thursday, interns will be working full-time from our HQ site in La Plata. The remaining days, you’ll have the option of working remotely and/or onsite at one of our retail locations. We’re also providing lunch twice a week, which is a great opportunity to meet and network with many of our team members.

If you have a passion for working in a people-oriented industry and you possess the ability to quickly adapt to changes, Rising Talent Internship is the perfect place to begin your career.
