La Plata, MD – April 4, 2017: The Wills Group announced today it appointed Simon Pearce to its Board of Directors. Mr. Pearce is the Founder and Managing Partner of Fabric Branding, a brand consultancy that works with companies to redefine how their brands can be powerful assets for business success in the digital age. His appointment was effective January 24, 2017.
“Simon’s experience in brand strategy and implementation will serve The Wills Group well,” said Lock Wills, Chairman, CEO and President of The Wills Group. “His work with leading retail companies will help inform the ongoing transformation of our retail and customer service strategy.”
Mr. Pearce has more than 20 years’ experience in brand strategy and implementation, having worked with multinational companies in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Mr. Pearce has worked with AT&T, FTI Consulting, Intel Corporation, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Verizon and The Weather Channel among others. Mr. Pearce also oversaw the development and implementation of the new Wills Group corporate brand strategy and visual identity.

Mr. Pearce holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with Honors, from the University of Bristol, and a Postgraduate Degree from Cambridge University in Design, Manufacturing and Management.
